Our Story
Black Paw Books started with a dog, a love of dark, cozy stories, and a simple idea: books and the things around them should feel like a warm night in. Our logo, a gold paw resting on an open book, is inspired by Nova, our fluffy black dog with amber eyes and a blue striped bandana. She’s the unofficial mascot, chief napper, and the reason we say every good story is better with a dog beside you.
Nova’s reading nook
Nova’s favourite spot: a good couch, a good book, and life itself. She is the inspiration behind Black Paw Books — the reason I built this store and share these stories with you.
